At the Him Over There Brand, we stand behind the quality of our work — whether it’s a fine art print, a digital download, or a piece of apparel. Each item is crafted with intention, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. Below is our clear and simple returns policy.

What Can Be Returned

• Physical Prints (open editions): Eligible for return within 14 days if damaged, misprinted, or defective.
• Limited Edition Prints & Signed Pieces: Final sale — no returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
• Apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.): Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Digital Downloads (templates, courses, files): All sales are final. Once delivered, these products cannot be refunded.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at shophimoverthere@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (plus photos if damaged).
2. If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

• Apparel may be exchanged for size or defects (based on availability).
• Prints are exchanged only if damaged or misprinted.
• Digital products are not exchangeable.

Final Sale Items

• Discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
• Limited edition or signed prints.
• All digital downloads.
